Our role: We designed and managed the refurbishment, carefully planning the works to ensure a smooth process. Our team coordinated all aspects, from plastering and electrical work to decorating and carpeting, while maintaining a safe and functional environment for the family throughout the project.

Project specification: Plastering, electrical and plumbing work, painting and decorating, and carpet installation across multiple rooms.

Notable project aspects: Dust-sheet zipper doors were installed to separate areas, allowing three rooms to be completed while keeping one room dust-free and available for sleeping.

Challenges: The presence of old lead pipes required careful handling and bespoke solutions to ensure safety and compliance with modern standards.
