Project specification: A full refurbishment including drop ceiling tiling, complete electrical and plumbing upgrades, and general interior enhancements. The project aimed to modernize the space while preserving its functional layout and ensuring comfort for both staff and clients.

Notable project aspects: The design emphasized bright, open-plan areas while integrating cosy, inviting corners to create a welcoming environment.

Challenges: Curved archways and uneven walls, characteristic of older buildings, required careful planning and precise execution to incorporate modern finishes without compromising the building’s structural integrity or character.
